Individual and Family Therapy
Individual therapy focuses on 1:1 sessions with you therapist. It is provided in-office or via secure telehealth (online video chat) sessions. Ideal for the treatment of trauma, behavioral concerns, mood disorders like depression and anxiety, or grief/loss.
For Teenagers
For Adults
Group therapy sessions focus on skill building, interpersonal effectiveness, and regulating emotions. The group setting is ideal for extra support as an add-on to individual therapy. Lifespan Counseling has a focus in offering Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) groups.
For Children and Teens
For Adults
Our staff nurse practitioners can assist you with transferring your care to Lifespan or evaluating the need for medication for the first time.
