Taylor sees clients in office and via telehealth as needed. Taylor works  with adults, ages 18+, and youth ages 11-18. She specializes in working with trauma, providing LGBTQ+ affirming care,  and mood disorders including anxiety and depression

About Taylor

Taylor obtained her masters degree in counseling from the University of Kentucky. Her skill set focuses on utilizing radical acceptance, trauma-informed somatic movement/yoga, and mindfulness techniques to support individuals in finding balance and peace within themselves. She has completed extra training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, a gold standard, evidence based treatment for Borderline Personality Disorder and other mood based disorders.


Taylor is here to help children, teens, adults, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community, striving to create a safe and inclusive space where everyone feels heard, respected, and empowered. What sets Taylor apart is her unwavering belief in the inherent worth and potential of every individual who walks through her door. 


She creates a safe and nurturing environment where clients feel seen, heard, and validated. Her approach is rooted in collaboration, empowering clients to become active participants in their own healing journey.
