Lauren sees clients in office and via telehealth as needed. Lauren primarily works with adults and teenagers, focusing on mood disorders, including anxiety and depression.
Lauren also works closely with the perinatal and postpartum population to offer support and insight throughout their journey.

Lauren is a licensed mental health practitioner who obtained her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2019 at Colorado Christian University. She has spent her career working with various
populations including eating disorders, veterans, incarcerated individuals, addiction, teenagers, and children.
Lauren is passionate about providing a safe space for all clients to challenge themselves to reach their goals in a comfortable setting. Through her compassionate approach, Lauren walks with her clients through their current season of life, while integrating behavioral techniques, to improve their well- being. Lauren believes that the relationship between counselor and client plays an essential part in the therapeutic process.

themselves and others. She incorporates mindfulness techniques, while integrating the senses, to feel
more present in your day to day life.
