Adam sees clients primarily in office and via telehealth as needed. Adam sees adults, teens and elementary aged children. Adam is trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and specializes in working with insomnia, mood disorders such as anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns. He is also trained to work with folks on the autism spectrum, and in Inference Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for the treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.

About Adam
Adam is a Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (PLMHP). Adam earned his B.S in Psychology and M.A in trained at the Edinboro University of Pennsylvania in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
He comes to Lifespan with therapeutic experiences in inpatient behavioral health and residential treatment settings. He has experience with a wide range of client ages and concerns.
Adam believes in the holistic style of mental health treatment, in which all aspects of a person and their life should be taken into account in order to help them to the greatest extent. Adam has completed extensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, a gold standard treatment for mental distress and interpersonal problems of all kinds. Adam has also spent time adding to his knowledge base on folks on the autism spectrum, to assist with any co-occurring mental health conditions. Adam is trained in the use of Inference Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for the treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
