Lifespan submits insurance claims on behalf of those who request it, as a courtesy. Please note, detailed benefit information is usually available quickly through calling the customer service number on the back of your card. You as the consumer are often best poised to obtain the information you need from your insurance carrier, reviewing your benefit documents, or by looking at your Explanation of Benefits.
