Tracy (she/her) sees clients in office and via telehealth as needed. She primarily sees adults, and especially enjoys working with young adults (19+), veterans, first responders, and LGBTQ+ folx. She specializes in mood disorders like depression and anxiety, grief, body image, burnout, and stress management. Tracy is licensed for telehealth in Iowa as well as Nebraska. Tracy is an EMDR provider.

About Tracy
Tracy is a Licensed Independent Mental Health Provider (LIMHP) and Certified Master Social Worker (CMSW) who obtained her master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Most of her career to date has been focused on supporting humans as they walk through some of the most challenging periods in their life.
Tracy is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, which guides her framework to help anyone who comes to her heal from traumatic experiences. Her therapeutic approach is person-centered and based in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Solutions-Focused Therapy. Tracy is trained in the use of Inference Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for the treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and also holds training in cutting edge treatment Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR.)
